Changes for version 0.07 - 2014-10-01

Fix : Make sure the hooks are executed after all END blocks (including the global ones) at the end of a pseudo-fork.

Hook thread destruction.

To install Thread::Cleanup, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Cleanup

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Cleanup
