- update version numbers in 'use' statements to v-notation due to incompatible change in 5.39.1 import()

generate longitude-based solar timezone info files

local solar timezone lookup and utilities including DateTime compatibility

in lib/TimeZone/Solar.pm

To install TimeZone::Solar, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TimeZone::Solar

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TimeZone::Solar
