Changes for version 3.00

Fix Double-click action to not clear selection & return proper selected list (to work like Tk::Listbox. Not sure why this was the way it was.
Move a cpl. global variables to object variables.
Remove Alt-Button1Press binding - not sure why that was there.
Fix mouse-dragging to work properly, particularly of of tix indicators and reducing or eliminating redundant <Arm>, <Activate> & <Disarm> events.
Several misc. code refactoring fixes & improvements.

Tk Listbox widget supporting images and text entries, Tk::HList-based drop-in replacement for Tk::Listbox.

To install Tk::HListbox, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tk::HListbox

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tk::HListbox
