Changes for version 0.03

to connect with X display, so I made test.pl exit cleanly if it cannot open display.

Trap and act on Tk <Configure> events

To install TkUtil::Configure, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TkUtil::Configure

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TkUtil::Configure
