Changed Certificate Login Endpoint to reflect change made by Betfair and effective from Tue 22 Jan 2019. From that date, the endpoint is 'https://identitysso-cert.betfair.com/api/certlogin/'

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::BetfairNG
