WWW-Ruten-0.03

Changes for version 0.03

Move author tests to xt/ so cpantesters do not have to bug me for those failures.
Also, use dzil instead.

To install WWW::Ruten, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Ruten

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Ruten
