Easily create and activate a local::lib environment

in lib/App/PerlLocalEnv.pm

To install App::PerlLocalEnv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::PerlLocalEnv

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::PerlLocalEnv
