This plugin queries a project and its version on github.com

href: Link to point to. Defaults to "http://github.com/%s/%s", where the first %s is replaced by owner, and the second by name
owner: Repository owner. Mandatory

Requires Net::GitHub(3pm) and Sort::Versions(3pm).
