				-- value of "need-Before-Date" indicates that
				-- need-before-date also specifies transaction expiry
				-- date

METHODS

new( $flag )

Creates a new ExpiryFlag object. 
Valid paramaters are listed in the FROM THE ASN DEFINITION section
(e.g. "need-Before-Date").
