DESCRIPTION

Dictionary-DB-based phonetic equivalence-class expander. Composite analyzers should also include an 'lts' phonetic analyzer.

DTA::CAB::Analyzer::EqPho::CDB inherits from DTA::CAB::Analyzer::Dict::CDB.
