do not use this class directly; use GO::Parser

This is not a file parser - it takes a GO::Model::Graph object as inputs and fires OBO XML events

To install GO::Utils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm GO::Utils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install GO::Utils
