NAME

HashDataRole::Source::DBI - Role to access elements from DBI

VERSION

This document describes version 0.005 of HashDataRole::Source::DBI (from Perl distribution HashDataRoles-Standard), released on 2024-11-04.

DESCRIPTION

This role expects hash data in DBI database table or query.

Note: get_item_at_pos() and has_item_at_pos() are slow (O(n) in worst case) because they iterate. Caching might be added in the future to speed this up.

Usage:

my $ary = $CLASS->new(%args);

Arguments:

• iterate_sth

• get_by_key_sth

• row_count_sth

• dbh

• query

• table

• key_column

• val_column

  Either all the *_sth or "dbh" + "table" + "key_column" + "val_column" is required.
