NAME
Paws::EC2::CreateSnapshots - Arguments for method CreateSnapshots on Paws::EC2
DESCRIPTION
This class represents the parameters used for calling the method CreateSnapshots on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method CreateSnapshots.
You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to CreateSnapshots.
SYNOPSIS
my $ec2 = Paws->service('EC2');
my $CreateSnapshotsResult = $ec2->CreateSnapshots(

Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/ec2/CreateSnapshots
ATTRIBUTES
CopyTagsFromSource => Str
Copies the tags from the specified volume to corresponding snapshot.
Valid values are: "volume"
Description => Str
A description propagated to every snapshot specified by the instance.
DryRun => Bool
Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have the required permissions, the error response is DryRunOperation
. Otherwise, it is UnauthorizedOperation
.
REQUIRED InstanceSpecification => Paws::EC2::InstanceSpecification
The instance to specify which volumes should be included in the snapshots.
OutpostArn => Str
The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the AWS Outpost on which to create the local snapshots.
To create snapshots from an instance in a Region, omit this parameter. The snapshots are created in the same Region as the instance.
To create snapshots from an instance on an Outpost and store the snapshots in the Region, omit this parameter. The snapshots are created in the Region for the Outpost.
To create snapshots from an instance on an Outpost and store the snapshots on an Outpost, specify the ARN of the destination Outpost. The snapshots must be created on the same Outpost as the instance.
For more information, see Creating multi-volume local snapshots from instances on an Outpost (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/snapshots-outposts.html#create-multivol-snapshot) in the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud User Guide.
TagSpecifications => ArrayRef[Paws::EC2::TagSpecification]
Tags to apply to every snapshot specified by the instance.
