Test::LatestPrereqs::MakeMaker

SYNOPSIS

my @requires = Test::LatestPrereqs::MakeMaker->parse($makefile_pl);

This is used internally to parse Makefile.PL (with ExtUtils::MakeMaker) to get requirements.

parses Makefile.PL and returns a list of requirements.
