Test::LatestPrereqs::ModuleBuild

SYNOPSIS

my @requires = Test::LatestPrereqs::ModuleBuild->parse($build_pl);

This is used internally to parse Build.PL (with Module::Build) to get requirements.

parses Build.PL and returns a list of requirements.
