SYNOPSIS

use WWW::Plivo::API;

my $twilio = WWW::Plivoo::API->new(AccountSid => 'AC12345...',
                                   AuthToken  => '1234567...');

## make a phone call
$response = $twilio->POST( 'Calls',
                           From => '1234567890',
                           To   => '8905671234',
                           Url  => 'http://domain.tld/send_twiml' );

print $response->{content};

COMPATIBILITY NOTICE

This code has been tested for SMS::Send only.
