This is a package which contains a set of functions used by the CLI utility.
There is an ongoing outage on the primary CPAN mirror. It is possible to work around the issue by using MetaCPAN as a mirror.

To install Finance::Bank::IE::PermanentTSB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm Finance::Bank::IE::PermanentTSBperl -MCPAN -e shell
