Bio::EnsEMBL::Attribute - A generic Attribute class.

SYNOPSIS

  use Bio::EnsEMBL::Attribute;

        -DESCRIPTION => 'This is my attribute description.',

DESCRIPTION

This is a generic attribute class used to represent attributes associated with seq_regions (and their Slices) and MiscFeatures.
