Changes for version 1.07

Added patches from Mik Firestone <fireston@lexmark.com> implementing GLOBAL arguments.
Added patch from Blair Zajac <blair@gps.caltech.edu> implementing getpw*() checks and handling for Win32 compatibility.
Fixed cmd_line() and cfg_file() to correctly report the success/error status.
Fixed get() to correctly return zero values rather than undef.
Updated documentation to reflect above changes.

Perl5 extension for managing global application configuration information.

To install App::Config, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::Config

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::Config
