Changes for version 0.32

Extracted from the main Aspect distribution to allow the removal of the Test::Class dependency, now we are no longer using Test::Class for testing in the main Aspect distribution

give Test::Class test methods an IUT (implementation under test)

To install Aspect::Library::TestClass, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Aspect::Library::TestClass

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Aspect::Library::TestClass
