Changes for version 1.11

Fixed a bug in the inline ->clone method that only runs when Clone is unavailable.
Dialed back the File::Spec dep a little to prevent 5.6 people needing to upgraded when not needed.

Read/Write .css files with as little code as possible

To install CSS::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CSS::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CSS::Tiny
