Changes for version 1.00

Added the AUTOLOAD => 'PUBLIC' options
Implemented it and added comprehensive AUTOLOAD testing
Fixed a number of other bugs, and cleaned up the docs a bit
Set to 1.00 as I consider it ready for production use.
