Changes for version 1.8

Fixed a bug whereby trying to load an empty file returned an error, when it should be valid (if an empty object)

Read/Write .ini style files with as little code as possible

To install Config::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::Tiny
