Changes for version 0.62

When an object such as a Wx::HtmlWindow is using a subclass it is not necesary to load Wx::Html as we loading the subclass will achieve the same thing.

Generate Perl GUI code from wxFormBuilder .fbp files

To install FBP::Perl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FBP::Perl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FBP::Perl
