Changes for version 0.62

On WinXP, the My Videos directory (and registry entry) does not exist by default. It is created the first time Windows Movie Maker is run.
Skip the My Videos test on WinXP as a result

To install File::HomeDir, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
