Changes for version 0.21

Updated to ORLite::Mirror 1.17 with prune support
Use prune support in the tests to avoid accidentally creating files in the user's directory with root permissions when they install with sudo.
Parameters to JSAN::Client are passed through to JSAN::Index, and thusly to ORLite::Mirror et al.

cpanm JSAN::Client
