Changes for version 0.03

Persist the package context correctly
Add some functions for copyright and license command, and the stub of an initial help command.
The command line is no longer limited to 10 commands before automatically exiting :)

A Python-style "command line interpreter" for Perl

in lib/Perl/Shell.pm

To install Perl::Shell, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perl::Shell

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perl::Shell
