Changes for version 0.03

Adding support for the PREFETCH param
Adding an independant preload cache to allow the regular cache to function as a post-fork correctly while preferentially using the prefork cache where entries in it exist.

Preload templates to save memory when forking

To install Template::Provider::Preload, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Template::Provider::Preload

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Template::Provider::Preload
