Documentation updates
Removed Text::Template, Schedule::DRMAAc, lib/SmotifTF/ClusterShellScripts.pm and smotiftf_cluster.pl for cluster support.
$chain variable was removed from the entire library. Originally $chain was there for benchmarking purposes and it is not necessary for production version.
