Changes for version 0.13

Fixed the module name in the test suite; we now use CGI::Cookie::XS, rather than Cookie::XS.

HTTP Cookie parser in C

To install CGI::Cookie::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Cookie::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Cookie::XS
