added support for double-colon rules.
now we require Makefile::Parser for support of double-colon rules and multiple single-colon instances.

To install Makefile::GraphViz, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Makefile::GraphViz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Makefile::GraphViz
