Fixed failing tests do to requiring Catalyst::Plugin::Static::Simple. Cleaned up some POD errors.

To install Catalyst::Controller::DirectoryDispatch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Controller::DirectoryDispatch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::Controller::DirectoryDispatch
