Changes for version 0.04 - 2008-01-17

Minor optimization to the way filehandle watchers are stored.
Fixed die handler that was causing the test suite to hang on the k_signals_rerun test.

To install POE::Loop::EV, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Loop::EV

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Loop::EV
