Changes for version 1.04

last_resort.log is now written to v_root/var/log, also writes reason sendmail could not be opened

Provides a comfiguration framework for your perl applications.

To install Config::Framework, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::Framework

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::Framework
