changes to Shapelib.xs to make it compile with gcc 2.96 (as suggested by Greg Machala)

Perl extension for reading and writing shapefiles as defined by ESRI(r)

To install Geo::Shapelib, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::Shapelib

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::Shapelib
