Moose Role for putting in delimiters for Abacas to join up contigs

use Bio::AssemblyImprovement::Abacas::DelimiterRole;
with 'Bio::AssemblyImprovement::Abacas::DelimiterRole';

Given a fasta file with multiple sequences, merge into a single sequence with a known delimiter.

Deplex a sequence which contains delimited sub sequences.
