FUNCTIONS

saveInSilicoDef([$out])

Saves all registred definitions into $out (eg insilicodef.xml)

getInSilicoDefFile()

returns the default insilicodeffile, from environament variable named by $InSilicoSpectro::DEF_FILENAME_ENV (default is $INSILICOSPECTRO_DEFFILE)
