Perlgram::CLI - CLI polling for Telegram bots

SYNOPSIS

use Perlgram::CLI;
my $cli = Perlgram::CLI->new(bot => $bot);
$cli->run();

Implements polling mode for Telegram bots, fetching updates via getUpdates.
