Changes for version 0.54

Rename CGI::Header#as_string to "finalize" since CGI.pm's header() method returns an empty string in "mod_perl" environment
Remove CGI::Header::Standalone

Handle CGI.pm-compatible HTTP header properties

To install CGI::Header, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Header

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Header
