Made detection of need for object file automatic. Made it possible to supply flags to dtrace like this: DTRACEFLAGS=foo make (thanks Theo)

Enable dtrace probes for subroutine entry, exit

To install Devel::DTrace, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Devel::DTrace

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Devel::DTrace
