Moved implementation into ::PP and made @ISA dynamic so ::XS is automatically used if available.

Fast handling of sets containing integer spans.

Pure Perl implementation.

To install Set::IntSpan::Fast, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Set::IntSpan::Fast

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Set::IntSpan::Fast
