- added rdfs:seeAlso links for 'References' header
- added simple RDF threading using Annotea RDF Schema see http://www.w3.org/2001/03/thread
- updated namespace handling and custom tags and put them into standard MIME/SMTP extension header space X-XMTP-*
- force Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 for non text and multipart things
