Changes for version 1.004

Add `public` to the Cache-Control header so non-expiry is ensured even over SSL.

set expiration headers far in the future

To install Plack::Middleware::NeverExpire, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Plack::Middleware::NeverExpire

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Plack::Middleware::NeverExpire
