Changes for version 1.00002

Fix Makefile.PL so that HTML::TreeBuilder is a dependancy, not just recomended - oops.

To install WWW::Mechanize::TreeBuilder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Mechanize::TreeBuilder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Mechanize::TreeBuilder
