Changes for version 0.11 - 2008-10-20

Made the ::HTML lexer wrap up an HTML::TokeParser for robustiality (that's right, robustiality).

Titlecase English words by traditional editorial rules.

Titlecase English words which contain HTML markup by traditional editorial rules.

To install Lingua::EN::Titlecase, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::EN::Titlecase

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::EN::Titlecase
