Changes for version 0.17

Updated test.pl again to account for pages being crawled that aren't HTML. Added "Bugs" and "Readme" into the MANIFEST. Added the "spyder-mini-bio" script.

To install WWW::Spyder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Spyder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Spyder
