Allow add_taks to take the raw parameters of Gearman::Task->new as a convenience

To install Gearman::WorkerSpawner, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Gearman::WorkerSpawner

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Gearman::WorkerSpawner
