Add caller_source option to ease putting worker and manager code in the same file

To install Gearman::WorkerSpawner, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Gearman::WorkerSpawner

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Gearman::WorkerSpawner
