Added support for the new cache features introduced by Git::Repository::Plugin::Blame v1.1.0.
Added Coveralls support.

To install Perl::Critic::Git, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perl::Critic::Git

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perl::Critic::Git
