Changes for version 0.20 - 2010-06-18

Make the AVAR: die() a warn(). dngor's snerp-vortex is still using this.
Fix META validation errors. Remove Ratings entry, and bugtracker.web, not bugtracker.url.

Use Dist::Zilla like AVAR does

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::AVAR, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::AVAR

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::AVAR
